Our core competency is injection moulding. Our modern machines have clamping forces between 350 and 3000 kN.
Our machinery consists of 10 state-of-the-art injection moulding machines with clamping forces ranging between 350 and 3000 KN.
On these machines, injection weights of approx. 1 g to approx. 650 g can be achieved. All machines are equipped with handling devices.
As the name implies, multi-component parts are made of different materials, making a fully functional unit. With our fully automated multi-component manufacturing, we manufacture e.g. parts with hard backing and soft surface or metal-plastic compounds. We work precisely with conversion technology, using handling and robotic systems or turntable technology. This high level of automation ensures that our customers always receive consistently high quality.
Tool maintenance, repairs and modifications are carried out quickly, cost-effectively and flexibly by our specialists. For this purpose, all necessary production machines are available in our mechanical production. After series production, all tools are tested and maintained according to an individual maintenance schedule.
The material supply is fully automatic via a piping system. The controller eliminates confusion.
The central material drying guarantees a constant drying of the plastics at all times, thus ensuring a stable production process.
Gravimetric ink metering units are installed on all machines. This allows us to colour almost all plastics with very high repeatability.
